Cancellation Policy 

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us 48 hours notice to avoid a late cancellation fee.

 

Cancellations received after the 48 hour window will be charged 50% of the cost of the service.

 

Cancellations received after the 24 hour window will be charged 100% of the cost of the service.​

Acne Program Consultations ONLY:  A security deposit (1/2 the price of the service) is required to hold the Acne Program Consultations (in person and virtual) and is due upon receipt of the invoice. If the invoice is not paid in 48 hours, your appointment will be cancelled. The deposit will be applied to your payment if you keep your appointment. If you cancel after the 48 hour window, the deposit is nonrefundable.
