In the PM, the work horse of choice is Vitamin A. The best time to apply this powerful anti-ager is while you sleep. Vitamin A stimulates collagen production and our bodies do their best healing and repairing while they are at rest. If you have never used Vitamin A, slowly introduce this to your PM routine. Start with 1 or 2 nights a week. You most likely will experience some dry, flaky skin as the Vitamin A works to exfoliate the built up, dead skin cells.
